Patient Reminder / Reorder Program
The Sauflon patient reminder/reorder program is the perfect way to retain your patients, provide them with the convenience of home delivery of their contact lenses and solutions and offer a seamless, simple process for reordering their next supply.
Once you and your patient decide on the frequency of their shipments, simply phone or fax Sauflon to place the patients initial order. At that time, all you need to do is indicate you would like to place this patient on the new reorder program. It's that simple. When it is time for your patients next supply of lenses and/or solutions, Sauflon will automatically send a reminder/reorder form directly to your patient on your behalf.
The form, which already contains all pertinent information regarding their specific prescription, quantity, cost and Rx expiration date, is then returned to Sauflon via mail, fax or phone. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card or check. Promote compliance, retain your contact lens patient and leave the paperwork and recall to us! In addition, when your patients prescription is due to expire, Sauflon will include a message in their last shipment, reminding them to contact your office for an eye exam.
