Returns policy


SAUFLON LENS RETURN POLICY

 All contact lenses in a resalable condition, with at least 12 months expiry can be exchanged or credited within 90 days from invoice date.

Sauflon Protector Plan patients shipped in advance of the patient due date can return contact lenses for exchange or credit 90 days from patient due date.

If a practice wishes to return more than 12 boxes of contact lenses at any one time prior authorisation must be obtained from the relevant Business Development Manager. Business Development Managers can be contacted directly or via Sauflon Customer Care (020 8 322 4222)

Contact lenses returned after the 90 day guidelines will only be eligible for exchange. (Lenses must have at least 12 months expiry)

HOW TO RETURN YOUR CONTACT LENSES TO SAUFLON

To ensure your contact lens return is processed quickly and efficiently please supply the following information: 

  • Customer Account Number and Name
  • Patient reference / surname
  • One of the following: Invoice number OR despatch note number OR patient registration number.
  • Lens details and quantity of lenses returned
  • Action required i.e. exchange / credit. (In the case of exchange please advise which lenses you require)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All lenses must be packaged safely and securely and be returned to the address detailed below. All returned goods must be consigned at carrier’s risk being responsible for damage incurred in transit.

Returned goods are only permitted at the discretion of the Company.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
